Zionsville, Indiana

Development alerts, by email

When something is filed with the Plan Commission or BZA near a neighborhood you follow, we email you. Weekly, only when there’s something to report.

Built from the same public record as the what’s proposed tracker: every rezoning, plat, development plan, and variance the town posts, plus what got decided. No listings, no promotions. Just the filings.

Petitions are matched to neighborhoods by their filed address; “All of Zionsville” catches the ones that can’t be matched.

One weekly email at most. Unsubscribe in one click. We never share the list.

How it works

  1. Confirm your address once. We email a link; nothing is sent until you click it.
  2. Every Monday morning we check the past week of Plan Commission and BZA records.
  3. Something filed or decided in your scope? You get one email listing it. If not, nothing.

Also available: the week in review

One automated email every Sunday morning: the week's newly recorded home sales, a market pulse, the busiest neighborhoods, and a note or two from around town. Every number is computed from public records.

Also available: follow a home

Any property page has a Follow this home box. One email when that home's estimated value moves, it sells, a nearby home sells, or its assessment changes; at most one a week, and most weeks send nothing. Same address, same one confirmation, managed together with these alerts. Find a home to follow.

Common questions

What do the alerts cover?

Filings before the Zionsville Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals: rezonings, plats, development plans, and variances, read from the town's posted agendas and minutes. Each weekly email lists what was filed and decided, with a link to the full record here.

How often will you email me?

At most once a week, Monday morning, and only when there's something to report in your scope. Quiet weeks send nothing.

Can I follow just my neighborhood?

Yes. Pick a neighborhood at signup and you'll only hear about petitions matched to it. Matching is by filed address, and some filings match no neighborhood, so only "all of Zionsville" catches everything.

Why do I have to confirm my address?

So nobody can sign up an address that isn't theirs. Nothing is sent until you click the confirmation link we email. Standard double opt-in.

What do you do with my email address?

These alerts and nothing else. We never share or sell the list, and every email ends with a one-click unsubscribe that takes effect immediately.
