The list counts arm’s-length sales of finished homes only. Vacant lots, raw land, and non-market transfers between family or companies are left out, and a home sold more than once appears once, at its highest recorded price within 2008. An estate that changed hands as several adjoining parcels is shown once, at the full price, on the parcel that holds the house. Where a detail page exists, the address links to that property’s recorded history.
